四. 重点语法:
(一)不定冠词a/an的区别
  a以辅音音素开头的单词前加,an 用在以元音音素开头的单词前,判断一个单词是元音开头还是辅音开头,要根据其读音而不是根据字母。
  Eg: an honest boy, a useful book
There is an “ f “ in the word “ five “.

(二)第三人称单数形式:
在动词原形后加-s : runs,likes
  以ch,sh,s,o,x,结尾的动词,在词尾加-es : teaches,washes,goes,passes
  以辅音字母加y结尾的动词,先将y变i加-es : studies,tries
  以元音字母加y结尾的动词,在词尾加-s : stays,plays

五. 动词过去式的变化:
  在动词原形后加-ed : watched
  以辅音字母加y结尾的动词,先将y变i再加ed : studied
  以e 结尾的动词,直接加-d : liked
  以重读闭音节结尾且结尾只有一个辅音字母的,双写此辅音字母后加-ed : stopped
还有一些不规则变化:run-run,buy- bought,fall-fell

【典型例题】
 1. ___________ the street, there is a huge department. (A)
A. at the end of B. in the end of C. at the end D. in the end
at the end of 后加名词,构成地点状语,表示在......的尽头,in the end 是时间状语,表示“最后“
2. We __________ that we can‘t finish the work. (C)
A. are afraid of B. were afraid of C. are afraid D. were afraid
be afraid of 害怕......,be afraid that 恐怕......,本题由后面的can‘t 可知是一般现在时态,意为:我们恐怕不能完成这项工作。
