1. Traditional Chinese doctors believe we need a balance of yin and yang to be healthy.
Notes：
believe sb. : 信任某人所说的话。   believe in sb. : 信任某人。 
believe＋（that）clause ：believe后面跟that引导的从句，是一个宾语从句，that可省略，表达的意思是相信that后面的句子所表达的内容。
