I. Warming up and Revision

1.      Greetings.

2,Sing a song.

3,Count the numbers1 -12

4,Practice the dialogue Where ‘s

the orange cat.” ”I don’t know.

Is it under the bed . Yes , it is.

II. Leading-in

1.      The teacher writes the numbers 1---12 on the board. The teacher explains that she will call out two numbers.

2.      Ask the students:

   What’s this?

   What colour?

3.      Draw a tree on the board.

What can you see?

How many? Let’s count.

How many green/red birds?

III. Listening & Reading Activities

1.      Please open your books.

2.      Play the tape.

3.      Let’s read together.

4.      Let the students to look at Activity 3.

   Play the tape.

IV. Further Development

1.      How many stars are there in the box?

2.      How many green stars?

3.      Let the student work with a partner.

V. Homework

   Make a dialogue with your parents.

1.      The students have to count the numbers between those two number.

2.      Answer:

   A bird.

3.      S1: I see a tree.
