 一、教学目标与要求　　
１、教学目标　　
（1）知识与技能目标：1. 能听、说、读对话，掌握句型where is ...? It’s in /on/under the ...并能在实际生活中运用。语音、语调准确流利，表情自然。　　
（2）情感目标：通过学习本课,对学生进行德育教育，学会整理好自己的物品。　　
2、教学重点　　
能熟练使用句型 Where is ...? It’s in /on/under the ...让学生学会提问和回答物品的所在位置。　　
3、教学难点　　
⑴ 区分On your desk?与On your desk， In the toy box?与 In the toy box.的读法和用法；⑵准确使用方位介词 on、in、under.　　
4、课前准备　　
多媒体课件展示car、ball、boat、plane、doll、toy box 等玩具实物及铅笔盒、书包等各种文具。　　
二、教学过程　　
Step 1: Warming - up activity　　
唱英语歌曲：Let’s chant.
Where is my head? Here it is. Where is my ear? Here it is.　
（设计思路：通过课前让学生说唱英语，创设良好的英语学习氛围。）　　
Step 2：Greetings　　
T: Good morning, boys and girls.　　
S: Good morning，Miss Zhang.　　
T: Nice to meet you.　　
S: Nice to meet you too，Miss Zhang.　　
T: How are you?　　
S: Fine, thank you, and you?　　
（设计思路：通过日常口语交际对话复习旧知识,鼓励学生大胆说英语,融洽师生关系。）　　
Step 3：Presentation　　
1、游戏引入。玩击鼓传花的游戏，当音乐停止时，教师拿出car、ball、boat、plane、doll等玩具，提问学生：What’s this?或Do you like this car?学生作相应的回答。　　
（设计思路：以游戏的形式让学生复习旧知识，既易于集中学生的注意力，又能激发学生学习新知识的兴趣。）　　
2、游戏结束，教师迅速地藏起一把尺子，故作寻找状，并引出新句型Where is my ruler?学生从教师的动作，神态中明白课题内容。　　
T: I have a ruler, but I can’t find it ,where is my rule?　　
引出课题Where is my ruler?出示其它文具，引导学生使用Where is my pen／book／car?　　
Step 4：Drills　　
1、教师指着板书领读新句型。　　
2、desk、chair、toy box, 并重点学习介词on、in、under以及短语on /in / under /the desk , on /in / under /the chair.　　
3、教师把plane, ball, car 分别放在椅子下面及桌子上面，并提问：Where is the plane/ball/car? It’s in /on/under the ...　　
操练：　　
⑴ T: Let’s chant. OK? （出示课件，有节奏地说）：in, in, in, in the toy box./under, under, under, under the chair./on, on, on, on the desk.　　
全班学生拍手说 chant.（教师说 chant 前半部分，学生分组说 chant 的后半部分。）　　
⑵ T（出示课件，问全班学生）：Where is the plane/ball/car?　　
C: It’s in the toy box/under the chair/on the desk.　　
⑶ Pair work（学生两人一组示范表演。）　　
过各种形式的问答操练，可以帮助学生大胆开口说英语，并达到让大多数学生会说的目的。同时机械性的练习也可以为有意义操练和交际作铺垫。）　　
4、T（拿着小汽车）：This is your car. Hide it.（把东西藏起来，为了加强对活动的控制，要求学生只能藏在与自己的物品相关的地方，在教师与一位学生表演时，其它学生只能看，不能发出声音，采取小组评价调控课堂。）　　
S1：Where is my car?　　
T（站在讲台边，用升调，侧身做出询问的样子。）In the desk? On the chair? under the chair?（如果教师三次都没有猜对，便向学生询问 Where is your car? 如果学生回答准确，教师发给他小贴画作为奖励，然后教师出示句型 In the toy box?）　　
点拨：　　
T（手指两个句子，引导学生比较有什么不同）：这两个句子各是什么意思？　　
S1: “In the toy box.”的意思是“玩具箱里。”“In the toy box?”的意思是“在玩具箱里吗？”　　
Step5：Guessing game　　
1、教师把物品藏起来，蒙上学生的眼睛，让学生做猜一猜的游戏。　　
T: Where is my car?　　S: In the desk?　　T: No.　　S: On the chair?　　
T: Yes! You are clever!　　
2、可采取学生之间猜，学生给老师猜等多种形式。　　
（设计思路：游戏是最受学生喜爱的活动之一，猜一猜的游戏形式更能激发学生的兴趣。这样既能活跃课堂气氛，有能激发学生说英语的热情。）　　
情感教育：通过学习,引导学生做勤快的好孩子，用完的东西要放回原位，学会整理好自己的物品。　　
Step6：Listening test　　
学生拿出活动手册，做听力部分。　　
Step７：Homework
